With illegal immigration in California being such an economic draw on the tax base, we need to turn aburden into an asset. By legalizing the 12 million illegals who are already a part of our system and charging a $2000 back tax fee, we will not only be bringing these people into the system to pay future taxes and healthcare, but will bring in $24 billion immediately to balance the budget.

- An agricultural work permit will be granted to anyone who currently has an agricultural job in California, followed by citizenship after 5 years on the work permit.
